Had my MRI done here and the tech monica was great! She was so kind and patient with my needs. Will definitely recommend this location to my family!! Thank you so much to the staff and Monica for being so gentle with me :)
I had an MRI of my spine from Open MRI. The staff was courteous and respectful. They were on time for my appointment. They were gentle with me since I have pain. Overall I am pleased and will have Open MRI do my mammogram in October. I will be recommending others.
It was a frustrating experience and could have been handled a little better. All in all not a horrible experience but not something I would rate as great either.
By appointment was easy to schedule MRI took about 40 mins. Reason for 4 Stars there is two offices went to the wrong one the other one is Open MRI McAllen
