They treated my mom so nicely, talked to her in Spanish since she doesn’t speak English. She forgot her passport and they were so nice when I went to pick it up
Clean facility and professional staff, but my experience was disappointing. I’m very claustrophobic, the medication didn’t help, and I felt rushed. I was charged for both a CT scan and MRI when I only wanted an MRI, and there was confusion about medication. I also had the scans reviewed by my regular care team, who said the image quality was outdated and difficult to read. Overall, not satisfied.
Great staff my waiting time was like an hour. :)
