Absolutely not. I’m filing a lawsuit against them for discrimination and the BBB . The office manager should not be over anyone that has any kind of head injuries.
Good thing I got here 20 minutes early for my 1:00 appointment. It’s now 1:55 and had two people come in after me go back. This is ridiculous. If I get upset. Then I’m wrong right? I called to resolve some unpaid bills earlier today and had the misfortune of speaking with the office manager, Amy. I got the information I needed, but was chastised about going to the hospital without insurance. Silly me, next time I'll tell my brain to wait until my new insurance has kicked in before I have an unexpected series of seizures.
Looking at the reviews I was really nervous to go here. The Dr and staff were amazing and very professional. Sharon also helped me out a lot as well. Glad I decided to take a chance on this office.
