Have suffered from right arm paresthesia for over 15 years. Was referred by my primary to get an ultrasound done. Dr. Gibson did it and said nothing was wrong with my arm. I still get uninterrupted pain (3-10) numbness and tingling on my right arm. Anyway i will go see a different neurology. The reason im giving a 1 Star is because i was charged 2 times for my copay after the ultrasound, $205 and $248.99. The office staff is rude! They do not call back even after multiple messages. Will not check to see if in network until your appointment. Do not recommend this office to anyone!!
Absolutely not. I’m filing a lawsuit against them for discrimination and the BBB . The office manager should not be over anyone that has any kind of head injuries.
Good thing I got here 20 minutes early for my 1:00 appointment. It’s now 1:55 and had two people come in after me go back. This is ridiculous. If I get upset. Then I’m wrong right? Left work for this. I guess that’s just how this place treats the veterans. I have the document showing the time of my appointment you refused to look at. I called to resolve some unpaid bills earlier today and had the misfortune of speaking with the office manager, Amy. I got the information I needed, but was chastised about going to the hospital without insurance. Silly me, next time I'll tell my brain to wait until my new insurance has kicked in before I have an unexpected series of seizures.
