I recently went for an extraction that should have been simple. It turned out that my wisdom tooth was impacted and the dentist working on me wasn't up to the task so she brought another dentist in. They didn't numb me up enough and in fact they put the shot exactly right on the nerve that was killing me. These guys are rookies to the nth degree. The care I receive is wonderful but something has GOT to change with their front desk system/employees. I'll call to make an appointment and it'll ring for 30 minutes with no one answering or they'll put me on hold and then never pick the call back up so I have to hang up and call again.

they will put off your financial aid phonecall until you fall out of their 45 day period for aid. theyre a scam and its just endless bots bots bots trying to get any help from them. wouldn't reccomend unless you like being ignored and put off for weekes while having pain in yout tooth so bad you wanna blow your head off. id give them 0 stars if i could this is the kind of dentist that reminds me why i stopped going.
