My toilet and hallway was leaking I mean going crazy. I called maintenance and he was there in 10 minutes on a Saturday. What he couldn't do he called reinforcement and everything was fixed in a couple hours. I'm grateful for the immediate response I got thanks so much.

Northgate Meadows is an OKAY apartment community. The apartments themselves are mediocre at best, they have some kinks to work out like the fact that the heat is landlord controlled, there are no thermostats in the apartments, but it could be worse, I guess...My problem is management and how they handle tenants who cause disturbances (spoiler: they do nothing but say they'll send emails).
