I have been overcharged rent since the beginning. Now they are charging power, I live in a 1 bedroom. 1st month was 171. Now 217!!! This unit doesnt not have laundry or a dishwasher, just an energy efficient ac. Avenue living said they won't do anything, to contact my metergy (there is 1 meter in the whole building). The hallways stink like death and garbage. The management never gets back to you! I called about the blower issue for 2-3 weeks before I got an email saying they can't do anything!
