Very thankful for Myles and all his help here. Always answers our questions and helps with us. Jeff the maintenance manager is always fixing anything we need. Great to see them outside picking up garbage this week to help keep Our home clean.
Thank you to the wonderful team at Avenue Living, especially Myles for always being so friendly. Great place to live I have been here for 5 years and never an issue.
*EDIT* March 6, 2026 I’ve heard absolutely NOTHING from this company. They don’t care about you. They care about their bottom line. Multiple requests to have SOMEONE contact me and other residents to address the fundamental problem with this building has fallen on deaf ears. ——————————- I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Welcome Home. Hot water hasn’t been fixed in 2 years. Cockroaches galore. If there was an award for doing the bare minimum, even if that, Avenue Living Regina would take the podium.
