I recently had 2 garage doors and motors installed, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The entire process was smooth and efficient all while being reasonably priced. Mike, the installer, did a fantastic job and even took time to program our three cars. I would highly recommend Northgate Garage Doors, Inc.
I had the pleasure of working with Arden today and he was stellar! He did several repairs and replaced parts. He tested all repairs and went the extra mile to explain what he did, how to maintain the door and educate us. Arden is the gold standard and was: Friendly, Competent, Efficient, Thorough, Proactive, Explained things well, Tested everything before leaving, Cleaned up, Helpful, Nice, and Professional.
Don't get put off by the guys who answer the phones! The service is excellent, efficient and they don't over charge. Job well done, Ive used them several times now.
My garage door malfunctioned and was unable to open or close. Having relied on Northgate Garage Doors for many years, I contacted them for assistance. Their service technician, Arden, responded the same day and promptly determined that my 18-year-old garage door opener was beyond repair.
