Northgate is exactly what one is looking for: a company that just goes about its business reliably and without a hard-sell. They gave an accurate estimate over the phone, scheduled a prompt appointment arrived on-time and did a smooth install. Working with them, I learned that another company pretending to be local would have charged me 150% for the exact same work.

I had a garage door in one of my rentals that quit working with no notice and during the Holidays and without hesitation Northgate Garage Door Inc scheduled and repaired without delay or charging holiday rates. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a garage door need.

Our garage door broke, precluding us from being able to enter / access. I noticed the "Northgate Garage Doors" sticker on the door and called for help. Not only did they get out to me the very next day but they also accommodated my request to be their 1st appointment so that my garage could be fixed prior to a separate appointment I had later that day (that required access thru the garage door). Kind, professional, efficient, and at a great price. I'd strongly recommend to any / all with garage door needs.

Solid service - highly recommended. Reasonable price, friendly professional folks in the office and in the field, in and out in 1 day, cleaned up - including removing and taking away old garage door.
