Didn't complete repair! Recently, we took our Ford Taurus into this dealership for a repair. We were told that we needed to take it there for it to be under warranty. If this would have not been the case, we would not have taken it there. The staff was unfriendly and at times unhelpful. The other problem that we had was that we left the car there for them to fix and when it was returned, quite a while later, it seemed as if repairs had not even been done.
awful awful awful Don't waste your time with taking your car here for service. My sister took her Lincoln here for repeated service that was covered under her warranty. They never fixed her problem, and the car always ran worse and had more problems after they had worked on it. They always gave her a junky rental car during the interim time and always treated her rudely. Definately take your car elsewhere if you want good work done.
Well they don't stand by there word. The owner didn't even care when I told them about what was going on with my vehicle and as for his service department told me to drive my vehicle until the noise gets worse instead of fixing the problem now. My wife had called tom and apparently that didn't work, my vehicle has been in there five times for basically the same problems.
