Jonathon and Martine have been assisting me with my eye care for almost 12 months and I am very impressed with the service and the results I have received. On all occasions they have been warm and welcoming and also open to feedback when I wasn't quite comfortable with one of my pairs of glasses (which cost nothing to rectify), as they truly do believe in looking after their clients. re-review. I booked with this guy and right off the cuff, tried to hit me up for higher fees. When I said I was a pensioner, he charged me a small fee. But then he wanted me to go back a few more times to measure all sorts of stuff and each time, another small fee. He was also not very happy that I said I was not purchasing glasses from his store, and that I buy mine online from Googles4u etc. He gave me a big story how it cost so much to set up his business, pay $80k for one machine that only a few optometrists have, and th... read more
Great practice. Great guy that knows his stuff and has the latest technology to make sure you get the right prescription you need. Lady at reception is always friendly. Highly recommend.
Just picked up my beautiful new pair of prescription glasses 🤩 Johnathan is a highly skilled and knowledgeable optometrist, with the latest technology to run many different eye examinations and to check eye health. He served me with such care, I felt I was in excellent hands. He and Martine offer such great customer service, I am so grateful for their service and kindness.
