Top range eye care from a top range provider with top of the range brands. There is a small gap to pay that is not covered by medicare but the personal service you receive well and truly makes up for it. Every time I come in the staff are always so amazingly attentive to my personal needs with constant free top ups of my lens cleaner bottle and a free sonic clean and adjustment and check of my glasses. I walked in today and asked for a PD( pupillary distance) measurement. I was told to come back until the optometrist arrives. When I went back, I was told it would cost $100. What a joke! I went to Specsavers and they happily did it for free. One of the staff behind the counter did a manual measurement in a minute and didn't even require an optometrist. I also enquired at OPSM and they said they would do it free of charge. My advice, avoid this place and do yourself a favour - go to Specsavers, a lot more trustworthy.
