I been coming to northgate dental for maybe 25 years. Today I had to cancel as my flight was cancelled out of Toronto this morning due to snow. She told me I could get in at the next available appointment in July .. 6 months down the road. Told her I would have to go somewhere else and she said that’s fine , and asked if I wanted to cancel instead of rebooking… I said I can’t wait another 6 months.. clearly. When Dr Mark was there this place was 5 star all day long but new owners have taken this place to its lowest level.
I just wanted to say thank you! Me, my son and parents have been visiting here for about 9 years. Staff are always friendly and courteous, Dr. Bae and Dr. Perry have always been professional and informative, answering any questions or concerns and suggesting what’s best for us. So thank you Northgate Dental for making our experience warm and welcoming!
I've been going to see Dr. Bae for all my dental work, and still do even after moving out of province. He is highly experienced, trustworthy, and meticulous. His team is also very professional and offers great care and support. Definitely the best dental office in the area!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Danny Bae! He’s honestly one of the best dentists I’ve ever met. He’s very gentle, patient, and makes you feel comfortable right away. He took the time to explain everything clearly and always checked to make sure I was okay during the treatment. The whole team at the clinic is also super friendly and welcoming.
