Pros: It's very conveniently located. You can walk or catch a bus to almost anything you'd need or anywhere you'd want to go. It's near Northgate Mall, Northgate Transit Center, Northgate Park and Ride, Target, Best Buy, and lots of other stores. The apartments are large, far larger than most other apartments at this price range. The ground floor apartments have a little planter area where you can plant flowers and such, which is nice. Good quality for the price. An older building, but everything is newer inside. Highly recommended! I stayed there a couple years ago. It was the perfect price and location (just off of 1-5, stores are across the street, ect). Free heat was a plus too. I would recommend this to anyone who is budget conscious an wants a nice comfortable stay. The price is hard to beat. The rooms are quite large. Stop in, and check them out. You won't be disappointed.
