They do what they want, some of the things they do might be to"improve the place"but there lack of careing and listening to All who live there shows once you livethere for over s year.Something for those who read this should consider "if half those who live there are not happy tell me there's not a huge problem?"I will say the only real good thing is the cost but is this really enough?
