I have been going to Dr. Gullett for years (10+) since before she moved into the current location. I had no idea about how to select a vet. I only went because my cousin's dog went there. It was divine intervention because my boo boo received the BEST CARE EVER!. I never felt taken advantage or overcharged. Dr. Gullett helped extend his life through her excellent care and suggestions. She was caring, compassionate and tactful. She always helped you fit care into your budget. If you are looking for a vet, TRUST Dr. Gullett.
I can't even begin to explain how wonderful Northgate has been to my fur babies! We love them!
Dr. Tracy Gullett is a top-notch vet. The care my family of furry friends receive is exceptional. I can't say enough for the staff as they rank right up there also.
Took our cat there to be neutered. Picked him up this morning to find that he went all night without any pain meds, and they couldn't even give his pain meds (that we PAID FOR) to us because the vet doesn't come in to work until 10am. Our cat SMELLED, was SCREAMING, and had spent the night in his own cat carrier. The towel I put in the bottom of it was SOAKED in urine, so much so that urine SPILLED OUT of it on the way home! Will not be coming back. We were charged $30 bc our car bled during surgery. Who would've thought such would happen? We got our cat back covered in pee and still bleeding. The office is a dump as well. Ridiculous.
Nasty reception area. There were two piles of dog waste in the floor in the reception area. My cat was sent home with hard dried feces on one hip with bits of paper mixed in with it, after she stayed there overnight after spaying. I haven't been able to get that off her yet. She smells like a litter box!!!!!! I was sent there by animal rescue. They are a rip off. I will never go back there again!!!!! What kind of operation like this would be recommended by animal rescue.
