We took our dog to Northgate Animal Clinic for the past 7 years. They have us wait 20-30 min after arriving on-time for appointments. On this occasion, we set an appointment and arrived 4-5 min late due to traffic (our first time late). We were never told of a policy. They said that we were 9 minutes late and that their policy was to refuse customers that are 7 min late. We had taken our dog to Leesburg Veterinary Hospital for the past 7 years. They generally have us wait 20-30 minutes after arriving on-time for an appointment.
