Thank you to the staff. Today, I got a call checking on our cat after two procedures. To me, that says it all. Dr. Koncal may not be there anymore, but his care still is.
Curly came in for an ear infection. They gave her a FULL examination. I was impressed because most others only treat the problem you came for then and you pay all that money. Answered all my questions and left plenty of time for my questions. I’ll go back!
I’ve taken my fur baby here her entire life. Longer hours on thursdays for busy bodies. I love ALL the doctors here. Dr Koncal left his practice in good hands. They’ve implemented more services since he’s retired.
We love our Vet. The staff here is fantastic and we never have a problem getting in to see the vet. My Jophie was a pretty sick little girl and they took care of her right away. She is doing great! Thank you !
