In 2022, a 24hr customer service line for online banking would be helpful. If someone needs to reset their password for online banking because they’re locked out outside normal business hours, calling a customer service line that doesn’t have active callers to resolve a simple issue is disappointing. I Use the drive up at least twice a week. Long waits. Today I was third in line, had to wait 25 minutes. The need to step up there times. This is not good customer service. The people working are mostly friendly and polite, only reason they got a 2
