Northfield Properties LLC (Mike Senn) bought my complex during Covid, when no one hardly was working and no one had money and jacked the rent twice- to a price point I would NOT have even looked at if I weren't already trapped here and therefore hostage (because I can't afford it!)... can't move because they bought everything else around. THEY WILL EAT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! DO NOT TRUST MIKE SENN!!! THEY RUINED OUR LIFE!!! Mike lies about anything and everything! We had three landlords in the span of 6 months time, Northfield Prop. was the last, and current owner. We have always paid on time, everytime! I moved out on June 30th, 2020. It is now August 10th, 2020 and Mike has yet to give me back my security deposit. It is the Massachusetts law that landlords provide their security deposit back to its tenant within the 30 days. Mike has emailed me on July 13th, 2020 on what address he should send my security deposit and I’ve emailed that to him. Unprofessional.
