Bought a dodge ram 3500 went in for a free oil change.... the service guy comes out and says ur truck says perform maintenance service of a E.G.R cleaning and explains it'll take 10 hrs to do and will cost anywhere from 2000 to 2500.. I live 2 hrs away in springfield.. so while I was waiting for them to get done with the oil change I call up my local dealer in New ulm a half hr away and tell them what I need done.. told me it be when all done 650 at most for the same thing done.. and all this is after I show up for a appoint... read more
Edwin was great! My wife was very pleased with her experience buying her Bronco Big Bend. She knew the exact car she wanted and they had it set aside and ready for her when she arived. They were not at all pushy even though she was a woman and by herself. They negotiated with her for a reasonable price. The finacing person was also pleasant and not pushy. As someone that has bought many vehicles over his life, I would strongly encourage anyone to consider Northfield Ford.
Was sold a lemon... Will be able to get you approved no problem I am sure. Pointed out a lifter tick and smell of coolant in the vents before I would buy it. Was told it needed manifold gaskets so got those replaced before I bought it. Was told no issues with heater core. 2 months later the lifter tick came back so it needed cam shaft and lifters. I bought a 2021 For Escape SEL Hybrid about 4 months ago, it had a catastrophic failure in the middle of an intersection in Lakeville, so I had it towed to their shop. I dropped it off Friday night at midnight or so and walked home. It is currently Tuesday morning, I am already $800.00 dollars into the repair, and all they have done is changed the cheap 12volt auxiliary battery, and haven't checked the fuses for the hybrid system yet.
