The northfield extended stay is the worst place to stay and if I could I would give it 0 stars because the manager deb is rude and when we complained she did nothing about it she kicked us out giving us two hours to leave and it took about an hour just to be able to find the utilities to get out and we called to look for something, she hung up on us and insulted us will never recommend this place to anyone ever!

They knew they had to be out as they were past due on their rent - they were given 48 hours. The only complaint they made was addressed immediately. When they called about the missing item - I told them I had almost finished cleaning the room and had not found the item they were looking for. I then hung up - and thought they had also. I told them I would call them if I found it.
