Worst worst maintenance service. Called on Saturday for a bad leak in tub, emergency maintenance called after 6 hours and told they can’t show up till Monday or later. When asked if it get worst that Maintenance person hung up on me. In my opinion this is violation of tenant rights.
Went for a tour a few months ago. Great staff, clean rooms. Move in!
Called in to ask if they had any available apartments the lady that answered was completely rude, I didn’t go any further than that conversation because I knew I would have to deal with that during my lease. Need a better apartment manager or office worker.
The employees that work there think that it is perfectly okay to scream and cuss at people who are paying to stay there. That is completely and utterly unacceptable the women who did so needs to get fired immediately and they need to train their staff a lot better if they have at all.
