We have had the best experience at Northfield dental. I have been using them as my dentist for years even before I had my daughter and they have been so good to her and myself over the years, because of very friendly staff, wonderful dental assistants and hygienists and all the dentists that I’ve met there have been wonderful. It is our go to family dentist. And they always give so many reminder phone calls, which is very helpful, especially for a mom! I had a regular cleaning with Cassi this morning. She was very consistent and checked in multiple times to make sure I was okay, which I highly appreciated. I was in and out within an hour and greeted and given a farewell with a smile!!!! Super friendly staff!!! 100% recommend!!
Northfield Dental Clinic is absolutely top-notch! The staff are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, welcoming, and patient, they go above and beyond to make every visit smooth and stress-free. This dental clinic is probably one of the best ones on Vancouver Island and in Nanaimo. Very professional, clean and tech savvy environment. I have a small child and they are very good with kids. Very kid friendly environment. If you have a shy child like mine they are very accommodating, patient and understanding. My child left feeling excited about the dentist! As a first-timer, I truly felt a very warm atmosphere 😊. The front desk staff and my dentist, Dr. Gill, provide me with excellent accommodation. Although I visited several times, I don't really care about it. My dental issue was resolved, and I am pleased with the result. Additionally, Casey, who cleaned my teeth, was wonderful.
