Had a great short registration time. Only waiting approximately 5 minutes and was greeted by Jen and then she explained thoroughly how the hearing test was accomplished. Then take to exam room and waited only 5 minutes for Dr O'Hallerin. He explained the results and made suggestions. Answered my questions. I never felt rushed.
Dr Hernberg LISTENS to me. She is amazing. To find a doctor who actually listens in this day and age is a big plus. I love Nfld Hospital and Clinics. I have been getting my care here for 23 years.
I felt very confident and at ease and the service was excellent. Thanks you very much.
