Excellent care from check in to dr.Sara! Asking questions, feeling heard and given compassionate care.
Great personal experience at the Northfield clinic. Friendly greeting when I checked in. Less than a 5 minute wait before I was roomed. This was a follow up visit from a previous appt for a respiratory issue. The medical assistant recalled my previous visit and commented on my improvement. The Northfield clinic is a wonderful experience: From their early online access to information, to their quick and friendly check-in, to the knowledgeable and helpful doctors that take a lot of time to go through things with you.
