We had a deeply frustrating experience with this dealership. We drove 8 hours to purchase a vehicle, having already worked out all the details in advance. We had an appointment scheduled to sign paperwork, had our cashier's check ready, and provided our insurance information beforehand. Despite everything being prepared, we still waited 1.5 hours to sign what amounted to 5 minutes of paperwork. EDIT: 47 days later, and the dealership has still not provided the title for us to tag the vehicle in our state. The new vehicle is ... read more
