I could not find anybody in Cleveland to do the work I needed on my 2010 Ford Fusion. I needed a subframe, put in and front steering components. Sammy and his crew did an excellent job and they even did it $200 less than what he quoted excellent excellent.
Called in for a quote after Ford tried to charge me a million dollars lol. Sammy was very helpful, informative and didn't try to take advantage. They fixed my baby for less than 1/2 of what they were charging, maybe 60% less. Angel was there for the drop of and was very nice and understanding. The job took a few days but Sammy communicated the process before the work began so I wouldn't be surprised. This will be my new go to repair shop since all my warranties are expired. Umm okay so first off reasonably priced. My car’s engine light is off and they were really transparent about everything. Replaced my catalytic converter, brakes and rotors. I will be going here for any of my future needs. I don’t even want to hear about another place. My car is driving so much better. The best car surgeons.
To the people that needs their car work...this is the place to.be..they are excellent mechanics..very reasonable..excellent customer service!!! I have a 2009 landrover lr2..Sammy takes care on my baby!! He also show you where the problem is and will repair you car..so please pass it on to other customers..you will not regret it..
