I ordered a pontoon ladder through Amazon that came with some of the fasteners missing. They only have email but found their phone number here. They are no help, I left numerous voicemails and no response. The customer service lady tries telling you there only wholesale, but when they finally directs your call, no one answers. Definitely sketch I would avoid.

This company is failing rapidly...firing employees that have dedicated a lot of time. Running a broken system. Management is out of touch and unsupportive. Steer clear!! if your such a great company and doing so well.. why did you take away half of your warehouse workers job positions?
