excellent service, great work, very accommodating and professional
NWC was a great place to work with! They showed care and compassion when the accident first happened. They kept me informed every step of the way. They even washed my car inside and out!
Excellent repair work on the front left fender. The car looks like new. Very professional staff. They even cleaned the inside of my car!
I had a good experience with the process of repairing my car through the insurance. Everything went smoothly. My only concern was when I went to retrieve my car. I was told my car was ready, I was given the keys, placed my children in the car and was just waiting to head out. I was held by the body shop because they were concerned they had not receive the payment. Everything that needed to be handled was done through allstate.
