The paint job on my bumper started to peel after 6 months. I got the run around for 3 months when I tried to get them to correct it. They were always too busy they asserted. Even though they said it was their fault they would not repaint the bumper in the end. I would never go there for any type of repair work.
Vinnie and the team are very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to work with! I recommend them to anyone looking to get body work done. I had tree sap all over my brand new Honda Civic and tried to remove it with different cleaners. After failing to remove it, I took it to NWAB, and Vinnie applied a solution with a paper towel and got all of it out in a few minutes without any fuss!
Warning!, I had to file a complaint with the NYS Atorney General over a towing dispute. The vehicle was towed and from the begining I rquested for the car to be towed to my machanic. Instead, "claiming a shortage of staff" they took my car to their shop about 8 miles away in the opposite direction. Afterwards, they offer to tow my car- begining the millage fee from their shop (an additional 16 miles at 6 dollars a mile). Excellent service! Would definitely recommend Vinne, matt and the team are very friendly and highly skilled. They fixed the dent and scratches beyong my expectations and ahead of time. I was recommended to NWAB by two different people. Both insisted that the service and the owner, Vinnie, were outstanding. As a female dealing on my own with car repairs due to a car accident, it's always challenging to find an auto body shop that you can trust. Knowledgeable and service oriented, I would highly recommend calling Vinnie Grasso to repair any type of auto damage. Not only did Northern do a fabulous job repairing my car but, made several calls to our insurance carrier as well as the other drivers carrier to get them to evaluate the damage in a timely manner and resolve the question of responsible party. Even though we had to order several parts, the car looks great and was repaired ahead of schedule. Kudos!

Recently, I was referred to Northern Westchester Auto Body. I found this establishment, especially Vincent, to be professional, honest, helpful and experienced. Another place could have easily told me the job would cost $400-$500; however, Vincent was able to clean and compound the damage; making the bumper that I scratched, look like new. His experience saved me ALOT of money and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs auto body work. Honesty is a rare find.
This place is a must avoid place of business, highly over charged, not-secure storage lots, and terrible to do business with.
