The Pool and Hot tub are amazing. The water temperature is perfect. Everything is well maintained. we feel very safe there. So much was remodeled and painted.
I love their exercise equipment, they have almost everything in the book in the way of cardio. Makes my heart beat a little faster and that is a good thing MOST of the time!😂😜❤️

Love going everyone is nice
I can’t thank the staff and members enough for how supportive they have been to my son who is trying to build up strength and endurance to walk straight! My son loves coming up there and with the encouragement (even people saying they are proud of him) I think he will keep pushing himself to gain strength every where he needs to!!
The members of the gym make the place more welcoming and supportive than staff alone can.
