I chatted with Cassie for an entire month. The energy seemed great. In that month, she sent me one email with a couple listings, never followed up with me regarding a house until I pressed about it multiple times, never sent additional listings as she mentioned she would, made a few plans to view houses and never followed through, and eventually stopped responding.
