Impossible to get in touch with anyone to pay an invoice - their website link does not work, the link on the invoice does not work, the phone line hangs up every time I try to call. NVRC I have logged all attempts to contact you - guess you don’t want to get paid.
Incompetent front desk: complete disregard to privacy. loudly using my name and reviewing my medical information in the lobby in front of everyone. Rude and hurried ultrasound technician.

They sent me a bill without my insurance factored into payment and I cannot reach anyone on the phone to resolve this issue. Extremely frustrating
