A long time patient of NVPCC before they sold the practice to Inova, I am incredibly disappointed with downgraded level of care being offered now. A life-long asthmatic, I called with coughing/breathing issues for an appointment and was told I could only see one doctor and they weren't available for over 2 months. Then I was talked down to by a condescending receptionist when I asked if I could please try to see a different doctor with earlier availability. Amazing doctors and staff. Very understanding, compationate, knowledgeable. Very comforting knowing they are always there to help. ALWAYS willing to help on a short notice. I can't do without these beautiful people
Horrific behavior by office personnel on the phone. Incredibly rude and and disrespectful. When someone is on the line, their first question is what insurance, with a tone of assuming it’s faulty, and they will not wait a few seconds to hear the ID number - they’ll cut you off and put you on hold again for the call to dropped. Only way to reach the office is by leaving a voicemail- when they call back to schedule, they don’t leave a voicemail, and when you eventually speak to someone after multiple calls, they are rude and d... read more
