Our experience with the owner Reid, is nothing short of fantastic. He really knows his stuff and is just an all around great human being. He was so responsive via text even before our appointment - just trying to walk us through what the problem could be. I see the bad reviews about missed appointments or reschedules. We did have to wait a while for him to get here but customers need to understand that this is a smaller company. Reid came highly recommended to us and we have very joyfully worked with him for about 3 years. He is incredibly honest, kind, smart, innovative (to address your problems with creative solutions), and VERY RESPONSIVE. Let me give you a few of many examples. Our well pressure tank failed and I was trying to find one that was from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer's website indicated that Northern Virginia Plumbing Services sold them. When I called I spoke with Reid and he told me they had a brand new tank(not from the same manufacturer) and that he would provide it to us for free, but that it needed a part I could get at a hardware store.
