My wife and I are young professionals who spend most of our time working at a desk. We've been doing duo sessions with David for about 15 weeks, and it's been an amazing experience. We both had some back pain initially, but it has significantly improved since we started exercising with him. We especially enjoy using the magic circle—it always makes the workout challenging, but we feel great afterward

I've been doing private sessions with David for something like 6 years now. A half hour session with him is worth an hour anywhere else I've ever been. He's worked with everyone in my family and tailors every session to the individual, working with, at various times a wrist injury, old tailbone issues, and the attention span of younger teens.

I have been working with the owner of this studio for over 12 years now. Not only is David a consummate professional and classically trained Pilates instructor, but his ability to tailor classes whether a mat or private/semi-private to his clients' individual needs is a highly valued skill that is not demonstrated in group classes run by franchise type operations. If you want a highly skilled instructor and impactful workout sessions, David is a must.
