Very disappointing experience, especially at what was supposed to be the end of my son’s Invisalign treatment. My son started Invisalign at age 10 while he still had many baby teeth. As his adult teeth came in, the aligners frequently stopped fitting properly, requiring new scans and aligners and 6–8 week waits each time. This significantly extended his treatment. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH MY ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT! If I could give zero stars, I would. I trusted NVO Orthodontics and Dr. Itani with my smile, and it was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. They completed my treatment even though my lower teeth were still crooked and my upper front teeth were still protruding. Anyone could clearly see that the treatment was not finished properly.
