Do not use this firm. I entered surgery on 3/21/17 having agreed to a specific price range of $195 to $395. I came out of painful surgery to be greeted by a demand for payment of $854 which I paid; this pricing was not agreed to, explained or justified. Then to my amazement I was billed another $135 months later. I have not paid this and will continue to fight these fraudulent charges through all means possible. I am even strongly considering a Court action, all over a simple procedure and a few hundred dollars; a true waste... read more
It is my first time in this place I was treated with a professional the girls who are at the front all very kindly make it feel like at home very friendly nurses and doctors
Had 2 broken teeth pulled. Have to say, awesome customer service and they cared about how I felt about the procedure. They said I would feel no pain and be relaxed and as I was listening to my music I felt nothing but a small amount of pressure and it was over before I knew it. They explained everything to me and checked on me. Check out was just as smooth and easy. Thank you Dr. Zadeh and staff.. you made this a good experience for someone who was really scared.
Had to have a cracked tooth removed and an implant placed in. Dr. Zadeh and his staff were awesome in efficiency, customer service, and quality of work. He explained everything in detail and had quality recommendations. Did the whole procedure in less than hour. Staff was very friendly n helpful. They ensured a great experience for someone who does not like going to the dentist. Thanks again.
Everyone was friendly and professional. The dentist was very informative prior too the procedure. He talked me through my procedure and made sure I was comfortable.
Just had surgery this morning and they were wonderful . I would recommend them to anybody. Great customer service and very nice. Dr. L was phenomenal.
Excessive price gouging, horrible wait time. Even after you take $1,250+ from insurance your going to charge the patient just shy of 1k for stuff that didn't get covered by your excessive fees? This is an example of the collapse of our medical and dental system. I bet an extraction and bone graft would have been under $100 in materials and 30 minutes labor. Total bill about 2.5k? How can one justify this?
