Worst experience ever with this rude doctor. She says ask me any questions but what she really means is ‘don’t you dare ask me questions.’ I never want to see her again.
I would not recommend Dr. Hugh Zadeh. His inability to talk with his patients or discuss the process is unacceptable. I was suppose to receive a consultation to see if my tooth could be saved or if extraction was needed. I received nothing. My tooth broke he said nothing. He left so much string in my mouth I considered cutting it myself. And further confirmation that he is a Dr counting numbers and not caring for his patients is how he ended my visit. Continue: Do your due diligence with your insurance company or you will end up with an unexpected bill you to pay. The reason I say they lack compassion for the patient, is because I had a similar experience with another dental office (that did my crowns after the implants) who my insurance did not pay the entire bill either and that dental office worked with me to reduce my bill for less than what was owed. I never write bad reviews, but my visit with her was a nightmare. Absolutely the most unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with in my life. Very condescending, rude, aggressive and argumentative, the only thing I needed done were two teeth extracted. I ended up walking out of her office, I do not recommend anyone going to see this person. If I would’ve read the other reviews I would never stepped foot in her office. Worst experience ever!!! My son end it up in the emergency room due to an infection 20 hours after Dr. Jackson removed his wisdom teeth. Her practice at Manassas, VA does not have an on call doctor after business hours. Unprofessional, lying staff needs training to deal with patients and on top of this the financial lady said " they do not honor contracted fees with insurance company". I have filed a complaint with my insurance company and in the process of filing a complaint with the Virginia Board of Dentistry.

My daughter had her 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Zadeh. It was an amazing experience altogether. The procedure was extremely quick and painless. No complication after the procedure. Timely follow-up call by Dr. Zadeh the same afternoon checking on our daughter with proper medication prescribed. Extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend him!!
