I had the great pleasure of being entrusted with the position of Psychiatric Care Technician at NVMHI. I am deeply sorry to hear that some patients had a less than satisfactory experience as it is not what we strive for. I greatly respect your organization as a State-run mental facility and hospital providing critical care to patients of various backgrounds. I highly recommend Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute as a place of employment or for people to receive treatment as it is a place of caring.
They never answer the phone I always called before I come there to pick up some clients that i have to drive over 100 miles. I was just taking chances one time I pick up a customer another time no customer there and it's just a waste of time and money cause of bad management and bad service of this facility, this is very frustrating
