This is the worst HOA management company. TIM K*******, the owner is a tyrant commanding things to be fixed that are not even broken. He is unethical, very unprofessional, and rude. This company should be audited as it continually collects money through home owner penalties, and harassment but yet doesn't spend much on the repairs. If you can find nothing with your eyes, this company uses a magnifying glass to find all the flaws.
