I cannot say enough wonderful things about Northern Virginia Gastrointestinal Associates. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Doctors good but office staff does not return phone calls nor answer the phone. Frustrating, used patient portal and still no response.

I do not recommend this medical practice. They do not provide professional service. They do not answer the phones or return voicemails. I called the doctor line (which is the only line that does not go to voicemail) in order to cancel a hospital procedure and they never notified the hospital that the procedure was cancelled. Inefficient and disorganized.
