We just lost our dear Mother and Michael Turch was very caring and helped us throughout the cremation process . He always responded to our calls and helped us in obtaining everything we requested . This is the kind of help one needs in moments like this . Thank you Michael .

We are so thankful to the staff and Michael Turch for being so helpful, respectful and kind during this trying time of our beloved mother's passing. Michael was very helpful and kept us updated on the proceedings. Since we had to transfer the ashes internationally, he was able to in record time and get the paperwork we needed to apostille the certificate to be able to make the transfer. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! This is easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. My father-in-law died on Sunday and it has been a one way game of phone tag ever since. After giving tons of information over the phone I was told that we would be sent paperwork within an hour via email. The paperwork never came. When I called back I was told it would be another 30 minutes. Still nothing. When I called back a few hours later I was directed to an answering service who told me they were closed. I had a very good experience with the Cremation Society. The employees were very friendly and professional. Everyone I met at the entrance always smiled and were very helpful directing me to the person(s) who I came to see. The staff members who I worked with directly were also friendly, helpful, and very attentive to all the details of the client's wishes, interest, needs, and business.
