Agree with the drop in service quality. Has not been the same since Tonya left. They won't return calls or emails now. Sad because they were a good hvac company until recently.

We have used Northern Virginia Air Conditioning for most of the time since we moved to Virginia in 1995. The service was good until 2025 - when trying to schedule our spring AC check that we pay for with our annual service plan, no one from scheduling ever called back. Multiple calls later where we repetitively gave our name and address no one ever called back. The person answering the phone was clueless like we never existed. Carlos Yanes from Northern Virginia Air Conditioning performed an excellent evaluation, servicing, and cleaning of my client's HVAC system today at a condo building in Arlington, Virginia. We have been using this company for more 15 years. Always prompt and courteous. They always show in the given time windows. Staff explains things well during their regular six-month service contract inspections and gives fair pricing for needed repairs. We worked with Jeremiah today who did the inspection of our two units, fixed a few minor issues under our service contract, and flagged an issue that would need attention in next year or so.
