We live in one of the apartments here, and it’s been great so far. The view is nice, and the neighborhood is quiet. However, the management can be a bit slow in responding to maintenance requests.
MOUSE PROBLEM: Please DO NOT LIVE HERE if you can help it. Find a more affordable place for your child/student or yourself to live. I have been living in a mouse infested apartment for the past 5 months and when I say infested I mean infested. Mouse poop everywhere, debris from mice taking insulation and fluff from our couch and making nest, chewed through food in the PANTRY. We keep our aparment pretty clean and it doesn't matter. Do not move in here. The office management is horrible. They do not communicate with their tenants. One time I was woken up during finals week by construction outside my window that we were never told about. They towed like 20 cars today to do maintence on the parking lot. They never sent an email warning anyone that they were doing construction or that their car was about to be towed. They also love to hand out fines and lease violations for petty rule violations with no warning. They constantly do apartment inspections and... read more
