Great experience all-round. Got what I wanted in great condition with full transparency the whole way through. Lachlan at NVP Townsville was extremely helpful and patient with all my frivolous questions and inquiries. I felt confident and comfortable from the moment I started the process all the way to picking up the vehicle. Could have used a final clean before collection, but other than that, I am incredibly happy. Thank you NVP!
