Nothing short of amazing. I am enjoying our 2012 v6 4 litre Prado. It was immaculately cleaned inside and out, including the engine bay. Lachlan was incredibly patient with me and my vehicle purchasing knowledge, which is zero in Australia. I was skeptical of other dealerships as many try to hide mechanical issues or flaws, or lack integrity. I was also purchasing the vehicle remotely which means I needed to take even more precaution. NVP-Used cars, was an amazing bunch of people, were very welcoming and helped where ever they could in helping to find a good pick. Lachlan was great and helped with sorting everything out.
Customer service was great
Lachlan and the team were friendly really looked after me. I travelled from Cairns to Townsville (my choice) to pick up the vehicle. When I got there Lachlan picked me up from the Bus terminal I went and signed the paperwork a smooth process and I was on my way and to my surprise the vehicle had a full tank of fuel Now that is service you don’t see much these days. I will certainly be recommending NVP to family and friends.
