My daughter has been a patient since she was a newborn, I love her current doctor. Due to the lack of appointment scheduling ahead of time; causes concern for my daughter’s medical needs; Since this is her primary physician I feel we should be able to schedule as needed otherwise what is the point of having them as a primary when they do not schedule ahead of time. My daughter who is 4 has been coming here since she was born , as well as my 1yr old son . My daughter had an appointment at 4:20 , we got our text confirmation as well as a voicemail. Apparently her appointment was cancelled, due to her not being assigned to that provider . ( again we’ve been going there since she was born ) NOT ONCE WERE WE NOTIFIED THAT HER APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED .They denied seeing her even if it was not under insurance. Had a visit Monday for my daughter who was determined to have a viral ear infection. Amoxacillan was prescribed but never sent to the pharmacy. I called twice over 4 hours after the appointment to get the prescription sent, a nurse said they were really busy and will send it when they can. Waited at the pharmacy the 4 hours after the appointment to still not have it sent. Called the pharmacy yesterday-still no prescription sent.
