Love Dr. Pierce. He takes care of all of our kids with grace, even when our kids are acting up during their visits! He is knowledgeable and patient. Thanks also to Josie, RN for great care!
my daughter had a severe cough i took her here and she was prescribed an albuterol inhaler for a case of bacterial pneumonia, i told dr bill that it was a bacterial infection that required antibiotics but he refused to prescribe them. after going here we took her to the enloe emergency room where she received proper diagnosis and was given antibiotics. she was suffering a lot because of this scam clinic that refuses to actually help children which is pretty alarning. dont go here ever just go to enloe
Terrible medical office. Office staff is incompetent. I had to go in to re-sign forms they didn’t look over and then they canceled my sons appointment the day before at 4:45pm, then when I tried to speak to the manager, I was disconnected 4 times. Literally. ‘Christina’ would not pick up my call after being told she was available. If you are hesitant about scheduling here, do yourself and family a favor and DO NOT.
My daughter has been a patient since she was a newborn, I love her current doctor. Due to the lack of appointment scheduling ahead of time; causes concern for my daughter’s medical needs; Since this is her primary physician I feel we should be able to schedule as needed otherwise what is the point of having them as a primary when they do not schedule ahead of time. I have removed her from this Facility to another that does schedule as needed without any issues or push back or be directed to an urgent care. Not quality medica... read more
