I had a really terrible and invasive experience in which Dr. Ross repeatedly told me I looked so young and then he tried to put my contacts in my eyes for me. It was awful. I also called the office asking for a receipt so I could submit to my FSA and they told me it’s a hippa violation. I asked a lawyer after and they said it was not. In my 25 years of wearing contacts and glasses I’ve never had an office refuse to email me a receipt if I could verify email and DOB.
Northern Valley Eye Care is outstanding. The staff is warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The doctors take time to explain everything clearly and make you feel genuinely cared for. The office is modern, efficient, and welcoming. From the exam to picking frames, the entire experience is smooth, comfortable, and top-notch. Highly recommend to everyone.
