I had a really terrible and invasive experience in which Dr. Ross repeatedly told me I looked so young and then he tried to put my contacts in my eyes for me. It was awful. I also called the office asking for a receipt so I could submit to my FSA and they told me it’s a hippa violation. I asked a lawyer after and they said it was not. In my 25 years of wearing contacts and glasses I’ve never had an office refuse to email me a receipt if I could verify email and DOB.
Northern Valley Eye Care is outstanding. The staff is warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The doctors take time to explain everything clearly and make you feel genuinely cared for. The office is modern, efficient, and welcoming. From the exam to picking frames, the entire experience is smooth, comfortable, and top-notch. Highly recommend to everyone.
Dr Ross is the GOAT! I highly recommend this Optical practice. From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly. The staff truly goes above and beyond to help facilitate your needs and fulfill your orders. I was so grateful to find a team so ready and dedicated to making sure that every detail of the process from the exam to ordering the contacts was seamless. We’ve been coming to Northern Valley Eye Care for over 6 years, and most of our family is treated here. Professional, friendly service with a great selection of frames. Dr. Ross is knowledgeable and kind, so is the rest of the team from Debbie at the front desk to the optometrists everyone always goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!
