Dr. Ross was very attentive. Yet, he was relaxed and tried to make the patients relax. I have been going to Dr. Ross for many years, and I hope to continue to go. Kathleen Wall
Very bad experience. I would not recommend at all. I came here to fix my crooked glasses and it should have been an easy fix and it actually was and did not take 2 minutes. HOWEVER, when I went home and cleaned the lenses of my glasses I found that the man who fixed the glasses ruined my lenses with huge scratches on the sides of both lenses. Always great service. caring staff. Quality Glasses. Have been using them for 40 years.
Since they sold the practice it's been a horrible experience. The front desk staff is rude and impatient, they also lost my records once selling the practice and changing over their computer system. Dr. Ross was always great, along with their glasses guys - but the experience I've received from the rest of the staff prohibits me from returning.
I am very pleased with Northern Valley Eye Care. The staff has been very helpful with mine and my disabled daughter’s eyeglasses. The staff is very pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend this office for your Eyecare.
