I got charged a fee for faxing over my medical records. I called them to make an appt and they asked me to fax over my records from my primary doctor which I did. I called them to see if they received it and they told me they would call me but they NEVER did. Instead they mailed me a bill for an appointment I NEVER MADE. Don’t go here. This is so sus and scummy.
Truly disappointed with how appointments are scheduled and not met. We waited in the car for 1 hr until called in. Then waited inside for another 15 min till the doctor was ready. Seriously first and last!
Office very small, staff is very helpful. My visit was very quick, not much waiting at all...
