I’m genuinely shocked at her 2.8 stars. All but one of those poor reviews were 5+ years old. Dr. Rosenbaum may seem somewhat detached and perhaps doesn’t have the spunky bedside personality that people want, But she is a wonderful doctor. I’ve been seeing her for probably two decades. She makes sure to go through my medicines gives advice about my concerns as I age and takes really good care of me and manages my migraines. I couldn’t want a more qualified doctor!
Faye has been my neurologist for over a decade for my spinal stenosis and neuropathy. She is an eminent professional and has always treated me with the utmost respect. If you want someone super "touchy feely," that's not her style, so don't expect that. She's an A+ in my book.
Dr. Rosenbaum listened to my concerns, changes and actually heard me. She was great and straightforward. Wish she was in TX.
I was referred to Dr Rosenbaum by my neurosurgeon yesterday. I called the office and was appalled by the woman answering the phone. No identifying information, she just sounded so put out each time I gave her information to identify myself and why I called. She was clearly annoyed to have to answer the phone. She was monosyllabic with her blase’ “yes”. What was implied was “get to the point”. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Rosenbaum and was impressed with her knowlede and thorougness. She took the time to understand my medical history and the nature of my current problems. It was evidenent that she had extensive experience treating neuropothy and did some testing to determine the extent of my problem. My satisfaction with the resuilts of my appointment was beyond my expectations.
