I can’t believe how rude everyone in this office is, when they know they see children. It sucks because the dr is so nice and thorough. And if she had one nice medical assistant we would stay. But I hate taking my son because scheduling is a nightmare and everyone is just so mean. I dread calling. They go out of their way to be condescending and rude every chance they can. It’s my child’s health.. sorry to make you do your job?? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Dr Aird is genuinely the most incredible, compassionate and considerate physician I’ve ever seen myself or for my children. We all adore him.
