Very slow to action referrals. My GP sent a referal in 18 April, got an SMS that it can take upto 2 weeks for the referal to actioned. Rang them 10 May and was told the referal had not been looked at as they are very busy I had my referal sent else where on that day. When I was finally contracted on the 27 May to book an appointment, I had already travelled to Adelaide, had biopsy and started radiation treatment for prostrate cancer that had spread to.my hip and spine. Disgustingly unprofessional service. Reception staff unable to complete basic tasks, doctors change appointments without contacting you. The don't even have a functioning phone-line.
This place just wants your money! After 2 visits and multiple scans doc doesn't have a clue on what's going on and after a bill of more than 1k I have no treatment plane or anything else organised.
Dr. Pridgeon, great doctor, problem solver. Highly recommended.
