Purchased a brand new pressure washer that did not work. NT would not exchange it, instead insisted it had to goto the shop for inspection and repairs. Then I was charged $40 to pick up my brand new pressure washer I’ve never used.
They treat the employees like trash. The store manager needs to be fired. He falsely terminated me based on lies from customers. I hope he gets terminated . He dont know how do his job as a manager.
