Can’t remember the last time I was so disappointed in a business. I always wondered why the parking lot of empty when I drive by, after my visit, that reason is clear. The staff would rather co-mingle with one another than to assist their customers. I drive to this location for a set of Retractable Tie Straps. After some back and forth that this location didn’t carry that product to, well, they have a set available at the Sandlake Road location in Orlando. Not much help….
